Empowering Women Leaders in the Social Impact Sector

My Story

I have witnessed, and personally experienced, the burnout that comes from putting the work first and yourself last. When I made the decision to step away from a leadership role in a global non-profit to launch my private coaching practice, I wasn't abandoning my calling—I was evolving it. My title changed, but my purpose remained the same.

Who I Serve

You are a dedicated woman professional in the non-profit or social impact sector. You're committed to making meaningful change in the world, but you're struggling with overwhelming responsibilities, limited resources, and the constant pressure to do more with less. You've mastered putting others first—your organization, your team, your beneficiaries—often at the expense of your own wellbeing.

My Experience

As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and trained facilitator with over 20 years in the field, I've walked in your shoes. I've navigated the complexities of:

  • Building international partnerships across diverse cultures and contexts

  • Leading teams through uncertainty and limited resources

  • Addressing critical issues including gender inequality, education access, and sustainable economic development

  • Working with thousands of leaders and communities facing seemingly insurmountable challenges

My Approach

The most fulfilling part of my journey has always been creating space for women leaders to thrive. Through our work together, you'll:

  • Examine beliefs and behaviors that no longer serve your growth

  • Build self-awareness and confidence to tackle your biggest challenges

  • Develop strategies to navigate difficult situations with clarity

  • Learn to prioritize your wellbeing without compromising your impact

  • Engage diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve your strategic goals

My coaching approach draws from both my professional experience and my personal journey of learning that creating lasting impact requires sustained and strategic investment in your own development and wellbeing.

Beyond the Mission Statement

I've seen firsthand how the drive to make a difference collides with institutional obstacles and sector complexities. I've observed leaders who hide behind their mission at the expense of their wellbeing and their teams. I've also been inspired by those whose care, humility, and vision motivate others to excel.

With this unique perspective, I help you navigate the challenges of building a meaningful career in the non-profit world, staying true to your purpose without sacrificing other important aspects of your life.
