Twenty years into a career in the international non-profit space, I decided to step away from my leadership role, launch my private practice and join a local pottery studio to reconnect with my creativity.

Up to this point, I had followed the plan: leave the small town where I grew up, travel the globe, and land a dream job where I could do good work, make an impact, and move up the ladder. I achieved everything that I set out to but a growing voice inside me said that it was time to step into something new.

Over the years, I have worked with mission-driven international organizations, led projects around the world and, along the way, discovered what really lights my fire: the opportunity to partner with leaders and their teams as a coach, learning designer, facilitator, and diversity advisor, to help them connect with their purpose, make their workplace more inclusive and achieve their strategic objectives.

Centered Coaching & Consulting represents my ongoing commitment to supporting purpose-driven leaders, especially women, to navigate tough challenges, overcome barriers and create a professional life that aligns with who they are and what they want, and to engage mission-driven organizations in their pursuit of greater equity and higher performance.
